The race number also contains the chip. Do not lose it during the race and wear the race number visibly on the outside of your clothing. If you do not do so, the finish line will not record your time. You do not need to return it, so there is no risk of incurring costs for loss.

Due to the large number of participants, we advise everyone to come by bicycle or public transport as much as possible. There is no paid parking at the sports park on Sundays.

View all information here.

You can leave your belongings in a bag at the cloakroom. There is sometimes a queue here just before the start, so please hand them in on time. You must show your race number when dropping off and collecting your belongings.

Start
We will start exactly on time, so please be at the right place on time. Check the course map in advance to see where your start is, as this varies depending on the distance.

Overview of start times: 750 m at 9.30 a.m.; walk at 9.45 a.m., 1500 m at 10.00 a.m., 5 km at 10.30 a.m. and 10 km at 12.00 noon.

Net times are used, so even if you are at the back of the queue, the chip in your race number will measure the time from the moment you cross the starting line.

The 5 and 10 km races have starting boxes.
– Competitive runners are in the front box.
– Behind them is a starting box for each expected finishing time, with a pacemaker (where possible).

Finish
All kinds of refreshments are available in the canteen and at the stall under the clubhouse.
